DESCRIPTION
Anti-theft system for bicycles and similar vehicles in adapted parking.
Object of the invention
There are numerous thefts of this type that have been taking place in the cities, regardless of the parking of the bicycles in the current places destined by the Town Halls for this purpose, and that currently only provide fixed tying supports, which even become closed due to the lack of reinforcement of this type of street furniture.
The rapid action of criminals by means of shears, saws or other systems on tie elements of insufficient resistance, the rapid transfer of part or all of the vehicle in general to other locations, its disassembly, painting, and its easy placement in the Second-hand market, make these subtractions a field with difficulties to be persecuted.
The increase in mobility in cities through this type of transport, the scarce and ineffective elements of vehicle identification, as well as the low resistance of the elements of attachment and support to handling and the shortage of municipal records, make this field a poorly protected area and devoid of regulated and approved parking lots that have minimum guarantees that provide the user with a certain degree of tranquility and confidence.
With the system indicated here, it is intended to reduce the number of thefts and, consequently, reduce the discomfort and fear of the user to continue using this means of transport, paralyzing the increase or frequency of its use.
The objective of the "anti-theft system for bicycles and similar vehicles in adapted parking” is to deter the attempted theft of a vehicle with two or more wheels, of the type bicycle, moped or similar, parked in a public space conditioned for parking, with systems of surveillance and alarm.
In the event that its manipulation is attempted without our consent, the system will implement a series of warning, alarm and action mechanisms that, to be more effective, will require the interactive control described here.
Background of the invention
There are some elements in the market for occasional, partial operation, etc. which are practically focused on elements tied to furniture, generally urban, of this class of vehicles or in exclusive parking lots for loan vehicles adapted to them and that in some cases go through the adaptation of hooks to these vehicles. Some of the inventions found that might resemble the proposed invention a priori are systems for the loan of bicycles, either to citizens in general or specifically to tourists, as is the case of US2009201127A1 "Bicycle securing system" or US2009031766A1 "object Securing system". These systems have a parking column with means of coupling, identification and registration, whose objective is not to provide a public service for vehicles of any individual, facilitating the free protection of their property in the parking lots intended for that purpose.
Other patents propose systems whose objective is to prevent theft of the bicycle with different anchoring systems. For example, patent ES-2381542-B1 "safe parking system for bicycles or other mobile or transportable objects by human beings" has

a signal emitting device on top of a pole that causes a tying element to be closed, in this way a virtual security area is created around the detection device in which the bicycle or other object is secure against theft.
The US2011179837 “automatic bike locking charging machine” consists of an automatic loading machine with bicycle lock in which the bicycle is anchored to this post by means of a hitch bar that holds the bicycle by its frame.
The GB2457989A “Securing apparatus using proximity card” prevents theft of the bicycle by anchoring it to a pole that has a cable whose closing or opening system is carried out by means of a proximity card.
The "anti-theft system for bicycles and similar vehicles in adapted parking" is intended for use by any user who wants to park their bicycle or private vehicle, with safety guarantees. It is a public service designed to promote and safely take care of the use of bicycles and the like, increasingly used in the city. The management of the system will be carried out centrally by means of a management column called the parking center (6) which, in an abnormal situation due to an attempt to break the circuit of the padlock element without prior deactivation in the interactive system, will start up automatic recording system in the previously defined and marked area, while luminous and acoustic elements will call the attention of third parties and try to deter the manipulator of its action. The desirable existence of personnel in the System Control Center will require confirmation and reason for the incident, interactively through the central parking lot. If this is the case, you will request the presence of security or order agents for your presence in the parking lot.
This system only requires the temporary coupling of a small piece called a bicycle coupling lock (11) in the vehicle to be protected.
Description of the invention
The invention proposes an "anti-theft system for bicycles and similar vehicles in adapted parking", which will implement a series of warning and alarm mechanisms in the event that its handling is attempted without the owner's consent.
The system consists of the following elements:
- Linear parking (1), support / s with tubular form of stainless material without angular areas in which the hitch positions (7) of the vehicles will be located, each formed by a couple of hooks (8) that they will be fixed to the bicycle coupling lock (11). Inside the tube of the parking linear (1) the different pairs of mooring cables (9.1) will be housed. This mooring cable (9.1) will consist of several smaller cables, each consisting of a low-voltage current conductor (10) housed inside, a wraparound cable (18) to it that will be flexible, cut-resistant, elongation and breakage, and outdoor weather protection (19), which will depart from the central parking lot (6). At the same time it is recommended that a steel cable travels inside and is anchored at its ends to the ground, to avoid sawing of said pipes.
- Parking central (6), in which the different alarm and control elements of the system will be integrated. It will preferably be metallic or of another resistant, robust and weather-resistant material.

- Light alarm emitter (2) attached to the parking center (6), with entry into operation with the activation of said alarm. It may or may not, as programmed, be started together with the acoustic alarm emitter (4). The rotating, flashing, flashing light elements, etc., that compose it, will be protected by vandal-proof material and with safety fasteners to the coupled column or mast that comes out of it.
- Acoustic alarm emitter (4) housed inside the parking center (6), with acoustic output to the outside through a grid. It may or may not, as programmed, be activated together with the light alarm emitter (2).
- Recording and photography elements (3). They will be activated by motion sensors by invading said area delimited graphically on the ground or by manipulating the hitch positions (8), either by photography or recording video images. If personnel were available at the plant, it could handle these sockets as they see fit. The images can be seen in real time in the central by means of telematic communication. In any case, the recordings will be housed in storage systems located inside the parking center (6) and / or in the Control Center of the system located in the facilities available to the service manager. All recordings will be associated with a minimum record, date and time of the incident. Said recording and photography elements (3), will preferably be located in each central of the parking lot (6) and its location will be the one that can best give data of what is happening. Its operation will be accompanied by very visible LEDs.
- Management screen (5) integrated in the central parking lot (6). Through it the operations of identification, registration, activation and deactivation of the security system will be carried out. It will be resistant to shocks, scratches, etc., and easy to clean.
- Connection system (9): it will be formed by mooring cable (9.1) of the parking center (6) with the hooks (8); telecommunications cable (9.2) outside the parking center (6); and power supply cable (9.3) to the parking center (6).
Each hitch position (7) of the parking linear (1) will be formed by a couple of hooks (8). Each of these coupling couples (8) will end in pins (14) located at their ends, which will be assembled through the bicycle coupling lock (11).
The current conductor (10) will be responsible for giving continuity to the connection circuit (13) and when the coupling occurs through the pins (14), the connection circuit (13) will be closed. As indicated, it will be housed inside the mooring cable (9.1), and its mission will be to activate the alarm if said circuit, including the connection circuit (13) is manipulated.
The mooring cable (9.1) will not carry current through the current conductor (10), until the appropriate hitch is made and the connection circuit (13) is activated from the central parking lot (6). In any case and due to its low voltage, it would not entail any danger.
The pins (14) will have an anchor terminal (20) with anti-reverse tabs (21), for housing in the passenger compartment (16) of the bicycle coupling lock (11) and giving continuity to the connection circuit (13).

When these bicycles are located in urban areas, we will have energy supply from lighting lines, traffic, etc., advising this food against others based on obtaining it through solar panels and accumulators, associated with the columns parking, which in very particular cases could be installed or as a reservation system.
A simple interactive program through the management screen (5), will facilitate the operation of the vehicle parking system.
- Bicycle coupling lock (11), small homologated piece and in the form of a book opening by hinges (15) with two covers, whose mission is to join the ends of the hooks (8) of the hitch positions (7) that They are located in the parking lot (1). This bicycle coupling lock (11) will be carried by the user and can be acquired or rented at any store, and its use will be indefinite. It will be of small dimensions, resistant and of economic price, with closing and opening system regulated by mechanical combination (17). Its mission is to house the pair of pins (14) in which a hooking post (7) ends, giving continuity to these, by closing it, in safety and small-scale current transmission. This specific padlock element can be replaced by similar ones fitted and adapted in individual bicycle alarms and the like, which would require the adjustment of the shapes between pins (14) and the specific shape of the connection element, for perfect coupling, such as another independent circuit (12) for a separate deterrent alarm of a separate invention.
This bicycle coupling lock (11) will be formed internally by a connection circuit (13) that will serve as a bridge to the current that circulates inside the current conductor (10) giving continuity to the electrical circuit. The opening of this bicycle coupling lock (11) will be carried out with a combination code (17) or alternatively with a conventional lock key.
The anti-theft system for bicycles and similar vehicles in adapted parking can carry another set of elements that will be optional, but highly recommended to provide greater protection:
- Personal management from a Monitoring and Control Center. If the bike park is guarded by security personnel in a control and surveillance center, it can assess the reality of what is happening at that time, including the interaction through the sound intercom housed in the acoustic alarm emitter (4), and the visual on the management screen (5), for the clarifications you consider. It may manipulate the binding from the Control Center and / or require the presence of security agents or law enforcement.
- Interfolio of notices, indications and help, (hosted in 4 or 5) that will facilitate, if required, the description of the operation of the system through an intuitive and quick user guide, through sound and / or audiovisual recordings. The management screen (5) will be at a lower height than the eyes of the average height of the people, according to the corresponding regulations.
In the case of having personnel in a Monitoring and Control Center, the interaction with the user will be more agile and efficient.
- Official vehicle registration. As indicated above, in the face of greater efficiency and protection of the vehicle, it would be desirable to have a prior registration in the City Council or Organization that is estimated, associating the vehicle with the owner and that

I would add more security when identifying the same in the management screen and checking the withdrawal data. This register would include associated management codes and provided at the time of registration by the official mobility agency.
All those elements of non-continuous recording or alarm activation will have a handling time to deactivate the process through assigned code, chip and / or barcode.
These parking systems will be installed, among others, in the places where these types of bicycle-bound brackets currently exist, which meet the conditions described above. These are arranged and will be available in areas of wide sidewalks, areas between trees or urban furniture, which do not interrupt the majority of pedestrian crossing traffic, with special attention and sensitivity to blind people.

Description of a preferred embodiment
The anti-theft system for bicycles and similar vehicles in adapted parking is composed of a linear parking (1) composed of several rows of supports, in which there can be several hitch positions (7) of vehicles that in turn are formed by a couple of hooks (8). Each anchoring post (7) is connected to the central parking lot (6) through which the anti-theft system will be managed.
The user will have a bicycle coupling lock (11) inside which there is a connection circuit (13) which, when closed, gives continuity to the current conductor (10). By means of the pins (14) in which the hooks (8) of the anchor post (7) end, the bicycle is anchored and cannot be manipulated if the opening combination code (17) is not available.
If forced manipulation of any of the system elements is attempted, the parking center (6) will emit deterrent signals through the light alarm emitter (2) and the sound signal emitter (4). The “anti-theft system for bicycles and similar vehicles in adapted parking” can also have recording and photographic elements (3) that will be activated

by means of motion sensors when invading the area that is delimited graphically on the ground or by the manipulation of the hitch positions (7).
All these deterrent elements will be integrated in the central parking lot (6), which will be a column, preferably metallic or of another resistant, robust and weather-resistant material. In this central of the parking lot (6) a management screen (5) will also be integrated through which the operations of identification, registration, activation and deactivation of the security system will be carried out and which would allow communication with a possible Central Surveillance and Control staffed.
The linear parking (1) and the central parking (6) are connected through a connection system formed by a mooring cable (9.1). A telecommunications cable (9.2) and an electrical supply cable (9.3) will connect the parking center (6) with external connections.
The mooring cable (9.1) will be formed by an envelope cable (18) of flexible material, very resistant to cutting and elongation and covered by an external protection (19) outdoors, which starts from the interior of the parking linear (1) and reaches the pins (14) located at the ends of the hooks (8) of the hitch post (7). Inside, a current conductor (10) with low voltage will run, and will be responsible for giving the continuity of closing of the connection circuit (13) when the hitch occurs and conforms from the management screen (5) of the central parking lot (6). Its mission will be to activate the alarm if said connection circuit (13) or the hitch itself (8) is manipulated.
The current conductor (10) belonging to the connection (9.1) will not carry current, until the appropriate hitch is made and the circuit is activated with the connection (13) from the parking center (6). This activation could be modified at the discretion of the Central Surveillance and Control, if any, by the personnel in charge of it.
As indicated, both the current conductor (10) and the surrounding cable (18) will be conveniently protected against tampering and weathering by an external protection (19) in the open. All of them will compose the connection cable (9.1).
